It is up to you to consult with your insurance provider to determine whether or not you have coverage for Registered Dietitian services. However, I preach nutrition awareness, not obsession.\u00a0 We won't be tallying up calories and macros (unless you specifically want to). In my coaching, I encourage you to take the focus off of the scale and numbers and put more focus on changing and improving your habits. I provide guidance and feedback in your daily photo food journal, meet with you weekly and we can also connect anytime in between in the private messenger.<\/p><p><strong>This program is beneficial to someone who is looking for close support <em>while<\/em> they're changing habits.<\/strong><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>A <strong>Strategy Session<\/strong> is a face-to-face session where I provide you with the education, tools and plan for your health journey \u2014 based on your body and your goals. It's 50 minutes in length.
