The method has two parts:
(1) receive your custom nutrition targets based on your body, health and goals by a Registered Dietitian. This includes calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, fibre, and sugars as well as a balanced nutrition plan to show you how these numbers translate into food.

(2) receive my balanced nutrition e-book to teach you the essentials of how to implement your balanced nutrition plan. This 60+ page e-book is your guide to mastering a balanced mindset, diet, and lifestyle at your own pace.
